Is delivery really FREE?
Yes! All purchases being delivered to UK mainland are free delivery. If you wish your goods to be delivered to anywhere else then please Contact Us for quotation.
How long will delivery take?
We send everything except ice skates, bowls and heavier orders by Royal Mail 2nd Class which aims to deliver within three working days. If you order is too heavy (over 1kg) to be sent 2nd Class then it will either be sent 1st Class or by Courier at our discretion.
Ice skates, bowls and heavier orders will be sent by City Link Couriers on a 'next working day' service (see next Q and A).
We will always email to notify you of the day that your items are being sent and by which service.
What do I do if my purchase(s) is being sent with City Link Couriers?
City Link will deliver you purchase(s) to you the 'next working day' after they have collected from us.
City Link do not deliver on the weekends.
They deliver between 9am and 5.30pm.
They make two delivery attempts: the second the day after the first.
If you miss both delivery attempts contact City Link on 0870 704 9666 to arrange self collection from your nearest City Link depot. Additional delivery attempts must be made through us and will require additional payment.
What if there is a problem with my purchase?
If you have any problem with your purchase (missing/damaged items, non-delivery, etc) then please contact us immediately and we will sort it out as soon as possible.
How can I return my purchase?
A full refund/exchange will be accepted on all items only if returned within 7 working days of receipt and in an unused and originally boxed condition. Please complete the follwing steps.

Return purchase by recorded delivery.
Include your contact details (name address tel) with return item.
A full refund will be issued by the same method as payment was made as soon as returned items are received.
An exchange will be sent as soon as the returned item and an additional postage payment (arranged and agreed prior to return) are received.
Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes - but please do not purchase the goods via the website, instead Contact Us either by phone or email and we will arrange PayPal invoice to be sent to you (this may incur additional charges).
